Sacraments are outward signs instituted by Christ in order to convey sanctifying grace. Through the Sacraments the invisible and mysterious manifestations of God's graces are made visible. The people of God are the recipients of this grace. There are Seven Sacraments: Baptism, Confirmation, the Eucharist, Penance, the Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders and Matrimony. With these Sacraments the people of God can experience the presence and work of God in them. By these Sacraments we can receive healing, fulfilment of our vocations in life and growth in the perfection of our spiritual life.
